The estimated costs of our project are £555,328 including the cost of the building construction (£433,445) which is based on a BCIS estimate, plus associated work such as the Solar PV Roof, Car Park & Professional Fees.
Whilst we are fundraising locally to raise a large proportion of the total needed ourselves (We have almost £200000), we are working to create partnerships with businesses in the surrounding area to find support. This support can be given in many ways eg. Skills, Time, Supplies, finance. This will reduce the total funds required.
Our funding team are applying to grant makers for the balance of the funds required.
